IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION FOR ICLDC 6

REGISTRATION
Conference registration covers admission to all ICLDC presentations (plenaries, papers, posters, technology showcase, workshops, and talk story sessions), receptions (alcohol not included), and the publishers' exhibit as well as continental breakfast each morning, complimentary coffee service, a conference program packet, and a registration badge.
Optional registration items include conference t-shirts and boxed lunches and require additional fees.
Online registration opens on October 1, 2018 (12:00 pm, Hawaii standard time). Early registration ends on December 15, 2018 or when full.

Acceptable forms of payment (US dollars only) include credit card (MasterCard or Visa), check, purchase order, or wire transfer. Payments will be made to "NFLRC Conference" (Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) account #2379).
Cancellation policy: To receive a refund of the conference fee (registration, T-shirt, lunch, etc.), cancellation requests must be submitted via email ([email protected]) no later than February 15, 2019. A $15 processing fee will be subtracted from all refunds. There are no refunds for cancellation after February 15, 2019.
NOTE: Registration for the optional Hilo Field Study on the island of Hawai‘i is separate.
REGISTRATION WAITING LIST: Conference registration is full, and it is unlikely that there will be extra spaces unless there are cancelations.
